If so, you could be just who we’re looking for to join Norwegian Hull Club as a Senior Communications Advisor. 

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Communications & Marketing team in Bergen, you will perform day-to-day operational communications work, both internally and externally. You’ll be working with industry experts in this role. As such, we’re after someone who can communicate well with people across our group of companies in order to relate complex information in a way that informs, educates and influences a wide audience. Our department of six (with you on board) depends on service-minded people who work well independently. At the same time, teamwork and playing to the strengths of each member of the department on larger events and projects is crucial. 

Your structured approach and professional experience with planning and running projects will strengthen our team, as will your enthusiasm for the entire communication process - from the concept and planning phases, through to production and implementation.

Qualifications and preferred qualities

You’re a strong communicator who combines curiosity and creativity with a structured approach. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are good at building trust and positive relationships. 

In addition to your professional experience and strong English-writing skills, your ability to see our group of companies from a bird’s-eye view will be invaluable for developing communication strategies to meet business goals. Keen to see ideas put into practice, you are a person who takes the ball and runs with it.

For this role, we are looking for someone with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, PR, social science or similar. You should also have at least five years’ relevant professional experience.
